A freebie...
I was supposed to post a freebie yesterday but i totally forgot. What can i say, life gets in the way sometimes. :) I really have bad allergies and yesterday was pretty bad. I've tried different medicines and home remedies but nothing seems to be working. I guess i'll have to keep looking for something that will work.

good luck with the allergies. I used to get terrible fall allergies but I don't anymore. I don't know if I outgrew them or if it was b/c I moved to a diff state.
thank you so much for the freebie!! I am a sucker for vines :) My husband had really bad allergies and what has helped him is the immune therapy shots. He still gets them, but nowhere near as bad as he used to....good luck finding something that works for you.

you might have tried this, but maybe look to pick up some locally harvested honey...since the bees are using what you're allergic to to make thier honey, it sonetimes helps people become more immune to those pollens. And it doesn't hurt you (like make you have an allergic reaction), so just a suggestion. Good Luck!

Carin talked about using honey from local bees to help with allergies. My grandson tried this and got relief. Also Dr. Oz from the Oprah Show recommended using a nettie pot to flush out the sinuses which my family can vouch for. They are both inexpensive and natural remedies that should help.
